Reformer Pilates Classes

The Pilates reformer is often called your "dance partner," and it's pure magic! Originally created for rehabilitation, the reformer's design helps put your body back in proper alignment, allowing you to strengthen your core, muscles, and posture in the way our bodies are designed to move.

Reformer Pilates is suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and for all ages. If you have a spine, Reformer Pilates is for you!

 

Tower Pilates Classes

We call it the "Tower of Power." The Pilates tower combines the precision of mat Pilates with the resistance of weighted springs and bars, using your own body weight. In every exercise, you gain strength, stretch, and a stronger core.

 

Chair Pilates Classes

Jumpboard Reformer Classes

Our Reformer Jumpboard classes will make you sweat and get your heart rate up! This crowd favorite allows you to jump without the pain and pressure on your back and joints. Experience the cardio your heart needs while lying down and jumping on the Reformer Jump Board, all while keeping your core engaged.

 

Private and Duet Pilates Classes

Whether you are healing from an injury or prefer a session designed specifically for your body, our private sessions are crafted just for you.

We often use the Pilates Cadillac in our private sessions. This versatile piece of equipment provides a stable, elevated platform perfect for rehabilitation clients and those needing additional assistance. The Cadillac combines mat work, springs, and bars, making it beneficial for beginners recovering from injury as well as advanced practitioners.

In addition to private sessions, we offer duet Pilates sessions. If you and a friend, spouse, or partner have scheduling restrictions, we can accommodate your needs and create a session that works for both of you.
